The 2022 Women’s NSW Open is a co-sanctioned WPGA of Australia and Ladies European Tour, and will be played over 72 holes stroke play at the Coolangatta Tweed Heads Golf Club.
All competitors must register in person at the Tournament Office during the following times.
Monday 25 April : 9.00am – 5.00pm
Tuesday 26 April : 9.00am – 5.00pm
Wednesday 27 April: 9.00am – 12.00pm
If you are not able to register in person prior to the deadline of 5:00pm Tuesday 18th February you may register by phone by contacting Emily on the number below.
Any player who does not register by the deadline of 5:00pm Tuesday 18th February will be taken out of the
tournament field and will be replaced by the 1st reserve. The Championship Committee reserves the right to waive this condition in special individual circumstances.
The ALPG, LET and Golf NSW Tournament Offices will be located on the top floor of the Clubhouse.

The Pro-Am will be played at Dubbo Golf Club on Wednesday 27th April. Each Professional will be accompanied by three amateur players.
The competition played will be a Texas Scramble format. Professionals scores can be used as part of the team scores. Nearest the pin and long drive prizes will be confirmed at registration.
All professionals competing in the Pro-Am are required to attend the presentation Luncheon which will be held immediately following the completion of play from approximately 1.00pm.

Brisbane Airport has an international hub approximately 2 hours drive from Tweed Heads.
The draws for Rounds 1 and 2 will be available on the WPGA & LET websites by 6:00pm on Tuesday 26th April and will be posted on the notice board located at the tournament office.
120 ( maximi=um) competitors will be competing during the Rounds 1 and 2 with the competition conducted using two tee starts for Rounds 1 and 2 with a mirror draw for Round 2.
36-Hole Tournament Cut
The lowest 60 professional scores after 36 holes and any tying for 60th place plus amateurs, shall qualify for the third round, the remainder shall be eliminated.
Draws for Round 3 and 4 will be seeded and available at 7.30pm (estimated time) on Friday 28 February (for Round 3) and Saturday 29 February (for Round 4).
Each player will require their WPGA or LET Membership Card for entry to the Course/Clubhouse and one Clubhouse Car Park pass for your own use.
Car Parking at Coolangatta Tweed Heads Golf Club will be available in the Clubhouse Car Park designated by the car park pass provided.
A player’s lounge will be available to players during tournament week.
Located in the upper level of the Clubhouse, access to this area is restricted to players only with entry via WPGA or LET Membership Card. This must be presented to security staff at the entry to the Player’s Lounge.
Please note that family/friends and/or caddies are not permitted entry to this area. Due to the costs associated with this operation, the complimentary provision of food is restricted to players only.
Passes to the Player’s Lounge for a player’s guest can be purchased for for the duration of the tournament. These can be purchased from Tournament Officials
Within the Player’s Lounge, a light breakfast will be available from 6.00am to 10.00am and Lunch will then be available from 10.30am – 3.00pm each tournament day (Thursday 27 Feb – Sunday 01 March).
A Physio will be on site from 9am-3pm for a rate of $50 for a 30 minute appointment.
There is no need for any player to have a caddie during the tournament.
Caddy bibs must be worn by your caddie and will be issued at the 1st and 10th tees. Caddy jackets will be collected at the 9th and 18th greens at the conclusion of each player’s round. To avoid unnecessary spiking and wearing of the greens, caddies are NOT permitted to wear spiked or ripple soled shoes
Yardage Books, in metres and yards, will be available to purchase at the WPGA / LET office on Monday and Tuesday.
Pin placements will be provided by the official starters on the 1st and 10th tees on all four days of the Championship.
Roving LET and Golf NSW personnel will be available to assist with Rules queries. If you require assistance , please ask your nearest volunteer to contact WPGA, LET or Golf NSW.
Distance Measuring Devices will be permitted in the championship with the slope function turned off.
Slow Play procedures will be in accordance with WPGA Tour Guidelines as set out on the ALPG Tour Terms of Competition which will be available at official starters on the 1st and 9th tees. Copies will also be available from the ALPG Tournament Office.
During the Championship all completed scorecards are to be returned to the Scorers area located in the Clubhouse.
In the event of a tie or ties for the Championship, unless the Championship Committee determines otherwise, play shall continue over the 18th hole repeatedly, players being eliminated hole by hole as they fail to maintain equality with others until the winner is determined.
The presentation will take place on the 18th green immediately following the completion of play. The winner, runner up and leading amateur will be required to attend.
First Aid Services via Golf NSW will be on site throughout the tournament days and located in the Clubhouse.
While pull buggies will be available, players are encouraged to bring their own pull buggy as required.
Water will be provided to players, caddies and volunteers during the Women’s NSW Open.
To remove single use plastic bottles from the tournament, water stations (filled with ice and water) will be placed around the course and players will be provided with a reusable Golf NSW drink bottle before their first round.
Billet accommodation may be available in the area. Any player requiring Billet accommodation is requested to contact the host club.
